Kevin A. Rodriquez

Kevin A. Rodriquez is a Virgin Islands public servant with extensive experience in government administration, civic affairs, human resources, and public leadership. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Democratic Party of the Virgin Islands and has held several leadership positions in government and public institutions.

Rodriquez presently serves as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands, with responsibility for the day-to-day management and operations of the Office of the Governor and Acting Administrator for the District of St. Thomas. He also served as Director of Personnel for the Virgin Islands Government and previously held the position of Director of Applicant Services for the State of Tennessee Human Resources Department. His professional background includes more than two decades of executive-level human resources experience.

In May 2019, Rodriquez was elected Chairman of the U.S. Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority Board, where he provided leadership on matters involving economic development and the Authority's programs and initiatives.

Rodriquez also served on the Board of Governors of the Virgin Islands Port Authority. He was elected Secretary of the Board in April 2020.

In the 2026 general election, Rodriquez is a candidate for the St. Thomas Board of Elections.
